How to Get involved

OUR NEEDS

We will need volunteers to assist with the following tasks: 


Check-in and late registration on the following dates and locations:


  • Setup and cleanup for registration in all three locations.
  • September 20, 2019 in Prescott, Arizona *
  • October 19, 2019 in Tucson, Arizona *
  • November 1, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona *
  • Day of events registration.

*Location for the check-in and last minute registration will be determined at a later date.


On these dates and locations we will be handing out T-Shirts and gift bags to participants.


Support vehicles - we will need volunteers  to drive support vehicles:

  • Vehicles with coolers for water, sports drinks, snacks/food for riders and participants during all three legs of the event.
  • Chase Vehicles  - vehicles capable of towing a trailer for broken down motorcycle(s) during all three legs of the event.
  • Vehicles to transport riders if necessary during all three legs of the event.
  • Assistance with setup and cleanup at the BBQ in Flagstaff (September 21) and Tucson (October 19).
  • Assistance with setup and cleanup at the BBQ in Phoenix (November 2).
