ELIGIBILITY: Entry purchaser, and anyone to whom an entry purchaser must be an individual 21 years or older, a legal resident of the United States at time of entry purchase and must be a resident of the State of Arizona at the time of entry. Tickets will only be sold through authorized Concerns of Police Survivors, Arizona Chapter (hereafter referred to as C.O.P.S., AZ) members, staff members, and designated representatives. Tickets may be purchased onsite during the Check-in/Registration locations on September 20, 2019, Check-in/Registration on September 21, and at the barbecue in Flagstaff, Arizona on September 21, 2019. At the Check-in/Registration on October 18, 2019, Check-in/Registration on October 19, 2019 and at the barbecue in Tucson on October 19, 2019. At the Check-in/Registration on November 1, 2019, Check-in/Registration, Check-in/Registration on November 2, 2019 and at the barbecue in Phoenix on November 2, 2019. By law, raffle tickets must be purchased with cash, a separate check or charged to a credit card as separate transactions. Should raffle tickets be purchased online, due to postal regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be returned by mail.
DOOR PRIZE DRAWING: At the time of paid registration, each rider/passenger and each volunteer will be entitled to one free door prize raffle ticket. Additional door prize raffle tickets will be offered for sale and can be purchased at the designated locations mentioned above. C.O.P.S., AZ assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, or non-delivered entries/tickets. Any mutilated, incomplete, or illegible entries/tickets will be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified. All entries/tickets will be entered in the main drawing to be held at the barbecue on November 2, 2019, in Phoenix, Arizona. One winning entry will be drawn for each door prize at the barbecue on November 2, 2019 in Phoenix. Winner does not needs to be present to win and the duplicate ticket that matches the drawn winning door prize ticket will be required.
